I Didn’t Get My Login Information Email

When you signup for a Student Hosting Plan you get an email with the following information:

• DNS Nameservers (See How to Update DNS)
• cPanel Login
• FTP, SFTP and SSH Login
• IP Address

If you do not receive this information, it may have hit your spam folder. If so, you can see a history of all emails we send in your account email section.

School, Teacher and Student Plans will all receive a different welcome and setup email.
