# I Didn’t Get My Login Information Email

When you signup for a [Student Hosting Plan](/content/plans/for-students/index.html) you get an email with the following information:

- DNS Nameservers (See [How to Update DNS](/content/support/how-to-update-dns/index.html))
- cPanel Login
- FTP, SFTP and SSH Login
- IP Address

If you do not receive this information, it may have hit your spam folder. If so, you can see a history of all emails we send in [your account email section](/content/accounts/clientarea.php?action=emails/index.html).

School, Teacher and Student Plans will all receive a different welcome and setup email.
